— About

Memory should be the cost of thinking,
not the cost of using.

Odahl is built by Fiduci Group, a Sydney-based business that thinks about memory, agents, and the architecture under both. We launched on 13 April 2026 and shipped Odahl to the public in May.

The premise is simple. The first generation of consumer AI products treated memory as a feature — something to bolt on, switch off, summarise. We think memory is the product. The four classes are different shapes of attention; the substrate is the thing they all reference. Cardinal carries it. Proper queries it. Minor extracts from it. Minima keeps a local copy of the parts you use most.

The architecture is patent-pending and the core is owned end-to-end. The model selection is curated. The infrastructure is run from Sydney and replicated globally. We don't train on your data. We don't sell your data. The substrate is yours.

What we believe

That memory compounds — for products, for people, for relationships.

That the bar for AI products is now doing useful work, not sounding right.

That a small system run with care beats a large system run carelessly.

That the customer relationship is older than the company and outlasts it.

Joe started Fiduci Group to build the things he wanted to use himself — small systems, run with care, that respect the person on the other side of the screen. Writes the substrate spec, ships the code, answers the email. If you reach out, you reach him.

We're slow to talk, quick to ship. If you're writing about memory, agents, or what a small Sydney company is doing under the hood, we'll make time.
