Terms of service

EFFECTIVE: 13 APRIL 2026 · LAST REVIEWED: 8 MAY 2026

These terms govern your use of Odahl ("the service"), provided by Fiduci Group Pty Ltd ("Odahl", "we"). By using the service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Account

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. You're responsible for the security of your credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.

2. Acceptable use

Don't use Odahl to: violate the law; harass, threaten, or harm anyone; transmit malware; misrepresent yourself; reverse-engineer the service; scrape it; or use it to generate content that would be illegal under Australian law.

3. Your content

Your conversations, your substrate, your Modocs — all yours. We claim no ownership. We have a limited licence to process them as required to operate the service. We do not use them to train any model. Termination of the service ends our licence; we delete your data per the privacy policy.

4. Our service

We work hard to keep Odahl up. We don't guarantee it's bug-free or uninterrupted. Legendaria carries a 99.9% SLA. Other tiers do not. Scheduled maintenance announced at least 48 hours in advance.

5. Subscription & billing

Subscriptions billed monthly or annually in advance. Cancel any time — you keep access until the end of the paid period. Refunds available within 14 days of initial purchase, or pro-rated if we materially change the service. All prices in AUD, GST inclusive for Australian customers.

6. Termination

You may terminate any time. We may terminate for material breach of these terms with 30 days' notice. We may terminate immediately for: illegal use, security breach by you, non-payment after 30 days. On termination: you may export data within the 90-day grace window.

7. Limitations of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from the service is capped at the amount you paid in the 12 months prior to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages. Australian Consumer Law rights are not excluded.

8. Disputes

Australian law governs these terms. Disputes go through good-faith negotiation, then mediation, then the courts of New South Wales, Australia. EU consumers retain their domestic consumer rights.

9. Changes

Material changes notified by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you disagree, cancel and we'll refund any prepaid amount for the unused period.
